By using Plantly you accept the terms below. Please read them before creating an account.

The service
Plantly is an app that helps you care for your plants with reminders, identification and guides. The content is guidance only and does not replace professional gardening or plant health advice.
Account
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your login details confidential. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Subscriptions and payment
- The basic features are free. Premium and Family are recurring subscriptions.
- Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play and is charged at purchase and each renewal.
- The subscription renews automatically until you cancel, at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancellation and management is done in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Any free trial ends immediately if you buy the subscription during the trial.
Withdrawal and refunds
Refunds are handled by the App Store and Google Play under their terms. Contact us if something went wrong and we will help as best we can.
Your content
You own the photos and text you upload. You grant us a limited right to store and process them in order to deliver the service to you.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, copy the app or upload illegal or offensive material.
Limitation of liability
Plantly is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to plants or indirect damages arising from following the app's advice.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will inform you of material changes. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
