Delete your account

You can remove your Plantly account and all data connected to it at any time.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Plantly and go to Profile.
  2. Choose Settings → Account.
  3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

Delete by email

Send a request from the email address connected to your account to info@plantlyapp.se with the subject "Delete account". We confirm once the deletion is complete.

What gets removed

  • Your account and login details.
  • Your plants, care schedules, notes and uploaded photos.
  • Your notification settings.

Deletion happens within 30 days. Accounting records for purchases are kept as long as the law requires. An active subscription must be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play.
