Privacy Policy

• Email address – used to create and sign in to your account.
• User ID – a random ID that links your plants to your account.
• Username – if you choose to add one.
• Plant data – names, species, rooms, watering and care schedules, logs and journal notes.
• Uploaded photos – pictures you take of your plants, seed packets or rooms.

All data is stored with our database provider Supabase on servers within the EU. Photos are kept in private storage and can only be read by you through temporary, signed links. No other user can access your images or plants.

The data is used solely to show your plants, calculate care schedules and send reminders to your phone. When you use plant identification, diagnosis or the florist chat, the image or text you select is sent to our AI provider so it can give you an answer. The material is not used for marketing and is never sold on.

Reminders are created locally on your phone based on your care schedules. You can turn them off at any time under Settings in the app or in your phone's system settings.

You can delete your account directly in the app: open Profile and choose Delete my account at the bottom. All your plants, photos, schedules, reminders and the account itself are then permanently removed. The deletion cannot be undone and happens immediately – we keep no copy.

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Get in touch and we will help you.
